How does it work?

Since every remodel-home repair project is unique each consultation package is unique.

What takes place first is each client receives a FREE 30 Minute Project Evaluation session.

Project Evaluation Session FREE

During this online (email*) or phone call session the homeowner will be asked questions to determine if what they need repaired or remodeled can be done as they vision it. From the evaluations factors like when the repair or remodel should be done, issues the homeowner needs to be aware of when having the repairs or remodeling done and what to expect in costs and fees they will incur for the repair or remodeling.

*Email sessions are timed by the length of the email and the frequency of the email exchange. Naturally, it will take more than 30 minutes to process the emails needed to evaluate the project. A time of day will be determined during the first email to schedule the time best fitting scheduled to exchange emails for the evaluation. Once the email exchange has begun a notice on the number of emails needed to evaluate the project will be provided.

The FREE Project Evaluation session will save the homeowner hundreds of dollars in project start-up costs.

Once the Free Project Evaluation has been completed the homeowner can choose from the following packages.

Start-Up Session       $250

The Start-Up Package prepares the homeowner to start the project on a solid foot. The Start-Up Package includes:

• Free 30 Minute Project Evaluation
• Project Check List
• And a summary outlining the concerns or issues the homeowner need to aware of as their repair or remodel evolves.

Full Session              $750

The Full Package walks the homeowner through the entire process of the home repair or remodeling.

The Full Package includes:

• The Start-Up Package
• A step by step outline to follow to organize the project.
• Two Hours of online or phone call consulting
• One Hour in person consulting (in the Dallas, Tx area)

Satisfaction Guarantee: Within 5 days after the services offered in these packages have been delivered, a full refund will be made if for any reason the client is not satisfied with the information received from the consulting packages.
